Delivery Terms

Delivery is available within Croatia and European Union countries.

Orders are processed within 48 hours on working days. Estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days within Croatia (up to 7 days for islands) and up to 10 working days within the EU.

If the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier may leave a notification or the parcel may be collected by another adult at the same address.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the courier, and damaged parcels should be refused.

If a parcel is not collected without valid reason, Ray Of Sunshine reserves the right to charge the incurred delivery costs.

Delivery Prices

Delivery within Croatia: 4.99 EUR.
Free delivery for orders above 50 EUR.

Delivery within the EU: 19 EUR.
Free delivery for orders above 100 EUR.

Free delivery applies to one delivery address only.
