Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the ordering process, payment methods, and basic rules for purchasing products through our online store. The seller is Ray Of Sunshine craft business, and the buyer is any person who selects a product on the website, enters the required order details, and confirms the purchase.

By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Ordering

Products can be ordered through the online form or by phone.

Shopping through our online store is simple. After selecting a product, you can review its details and add it to your cart. Within the cart, you may adjust quantities or remove items before completing your purchase. The cart remains accessible while you continue browsing the website.

To complete your order, you must provide accurate billing and delivery information. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification confirming that your purchase has been successfully received.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, including MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Discover, and Diners, in a single transaction. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe, which ensures protected data transmission.

You may also pay via online bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive an email containing all necessary payment details. Products will be shipped once the payment has been received and confirmed.

Cash on delivery is also available. In this case, payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery. This option is available for deliveries within Croatia only.

Payment via PayPal is also available.

Dispute Resolution

In accordance with European Union regulations, consumers have the option to resolve disputes related to online purchases through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. In the event of an issue arising from an online purchase within the EU, complaints may be submitted through the ODR platform in any of the official EU languages.
