Ordering
Customers can place orders via the online order form, email, or phone. Any adult is considered a customer if they order at least one product, provide the required information, and confirm the order. All prices are displayed in euros (€). Products are considered ordered once the customer selects the product(s) and confirms the payment method.
Payment
Ordered products can be paid for using:
• Payment slip or bank transfer
• Internet banking
• Credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners)
Payments on the website www.rayofsunshine.eu are made exclusively in euros (€). All prices are retail prices, expressed in euros, and do not include VAT as our company is not subject to the VAT system. Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are paid separately according to the terms specified in these Purchase Terms.
Before confirming the order, customers are clearly shown:
• the product price,
• delivery costs (if applicable),
• the final total price to be paid.
For payments via e-banking or general payment slips, any additional bank transaction fees are borne by the customer.
Delivery
Products will be packed to prevent damage during standard transport. Delivery starts immediately after the purchase and is typically completed within 2 to 7 working days within the European Union, depending on the location. Delivery is carried out by reliable courier services.
If we are unable to deliver the product within the specified timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you using the contact details provided during the order process.
Once the courier service collects the shipment, the seller is not responsible for delays, damages, or issues arising during transportation. If the customer does not receive the goods or a delivery status update within the expected timeframe, they are entitled to notify the seller to take appropriate measures for tracking the shipment or sending a replacement.
If the customer refuses to accept the ordered goods without valid reason, the seller reserves the right to claim compensation for all delivery-related costs. International delivery is subject to the applicable rates of the courier service.

Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the essential information necessary for processing orders, payments, and deliveries. All customer data is kept strictly confidential and is accessible only to authorized personnel performing these tasks. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required for order fulfillment (e.g., courier services) or mandated by law.
Complaints
Ordered products are packed to prevent damage during standard transport. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If there are any visible damages or defects, we recommend that the customer refuse to accept the package as the product inside may be damaged. If the package is damaged, please refuse delivery and ask the courier to record the damage. The package will be returned to us, and you will receive a new product free of charge.
Once the shipment is received, the customer is responsible for inspecting the product. Customers have the right to request a replacement for items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective, provided the issues are not caused during delivery. The seller will approve the replacement after mutual agreement (via phone or email), and a new product will be sent to the customer at no additional cost. To file a complaint, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt).
Purchase Security
Payment Security: Payment is secured via SSL protocol, ensuring the protection of your payment details.
Delivery Security: We take responsibility for the shipment until you receive the product.
Return Security: Due to the nature of our products, returns are not possible. Please ensure that you carefully review the selected items and entered details before confirming your order. If an error occurs during the ordering process, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to make necessary changes before the shipment is dispatched.
