Yes, our raw honey may crystallize—proof it’s the real deal! Just warm it up in a water bath and stir to get it silky smooth again.
Can I return or exchange my honey?
Because honey is a food product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@rayofsunshine.eu within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once we review the details, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund and make things right.
