Dark, rich and intensely aromatic, our Croatian forest honeydew honey has a completely different character from traditional blossom honey.
Rather than coming primarily from flower nectar, honeydew honey is created when bees collect honeydew from the forest environment. The result is a darker honey with a deep aroma, complex flavour and less floral character.
It’s an excellent choice for anyone who prefers a bold, distinctive honey.
